1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via computer network in the Products section of the website www.alessiobenetti.com belonging to Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio with registered office in Dorsoduro 269, 30123 Venice ( VE) Registered with the C.C.I.A.A. of VENICE - R.E.A. N° - Reg. Imp. VENICE N. - VAT 03397110275 - email: email@example.com. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of D. Lgs. 185/99 and D. Lgs. 206/05.
2. ORDER DEFINITION
By sending the order online, the Customer transmits to Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio a proposal for the purchase of the product and/or the products inserted in the cart. When the Customer places an order online for the products he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale. It is possible to place the order online only and exclusively through the website www.alessiobenetti.com in the online shop section at the prices and conditions indicated in the same. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio by means of an e-mail sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer during registration. This confirmation message will indicate the date and time of receipt of the order and an order number, to be used in any further communication with Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio.
All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT and are the sales prices currently in force. In case the purchase is made by a wholesaler, the price per piece will be VAT not included and evaluated according to the law as per European or Extra European country. The foreign wholesaler MUST have the VAT number registered at Vies , otherwise the customer will be subject to the payment of Italian VAT equal to 22% of the total in Euro.
4. PAYMENT METHOD:
In case of payment by bank transfer, the goods will be sent only when they are actually credited to the bank account of Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio, which must be done within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is automatically considered cancelled. PAYPAL: the PayPal payment system requires the customer to hold a PayPal account associated with one or more credit cards. At the time of payment, the customer is directed to PayPal's secure server where he can conclude the payment by entering his access data. The amount relating to the order is debited from the customer's PayPal account at the time the order is placed. In case of cancellation of the order both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance by Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. In no case Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio can be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. 5. SHIPPING - INVOICING
Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio issues an accompanying invoice which is sent at the same time as the material sent, so the Client is required to check the presence of accompanying documents and their correspondence in the order/confirmation. The delivery date is indicative. Normally the goods will be sent on the first working day following the date of receipt of the order/payment. No responsibility can be attributed to Bertoldini Giuliana di Benetti Alessio in case of delay in the execution of the order or in the delivery of what has been ordered. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or straps). Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection.
